Here they are:1. Have a strong sense of purpose. Centenarians of Costa Rica feel needed and want to contribute.
4. Eat a light dinner.
5. Maintain social networks and this includes visiting and receiving visitors.
6. Work hard.
7. Get some sun in moderation.
8. Embrace your roots with others.
